| Job Description | • Assist in the execution and evaluation of global VM strategy including zoning, grouping, product selection and POSM), ensuring HQ and regional guidelines are respected, guarded and occasionally adapted. Fine tuning VM according to business objectives and stock inventory levels. o Assist in planning, executing and evaluating annual animation campaigns and visual replacement plan, ensuring HQ guidelines and communication waves are respected and a smooth implementation. o Assist in planning and executing product display within internal and external boutiques including for wholesale and travel retail partners. o Assist in managing the PLV forecast and delivery process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, according to HQ and regional guidelines and maintaining a healthy inventory quantity. Provide feedback to HQ and regional as and when needed. o Assist in the forecast, order and distribution of boutique POSM. o Manage boutique staff uniform and seasonal decoration on demand. • Assist in the execution and evaluation of the brand digital campaigns in owned channel. o Manage Brand website content ensuring timely updates and accuracy. o Answer any customer enquiry as and when needed. o Assist in managing a fruitful and productive relationship with production agencies. o Assist in the timely order, translation and delivery of communication assets with HQ. • Assist in the forecast, translation and delivery of communication assets including Editions and trade publications. • Assist in executing any brand and communication special projects and initiatives, working closely with the Regional Marketing and Communication Director, Korea Marketing/Communication manager and the team as well as Korea Managing Director. • Assist in executing any visualizing task required due to changes of boutique environment or new activation plan to support sales. |
