2) HR budget system (Hyperion)
3) Employee service & communication (hiring, leave, resignation, etc.)
4) HR system (Workday) compliance
5) internal portal, Backstage
6) Government institution report
7) Ad hos business request & report
• Compensation & Benefit
1) Reward and management
2) Employee benefit
3) Employee gathering
• Rules & General Affairs
1) Health & safety
2) Office facility – canteen, meeting room, cleaning, repair, housekeeping including purchase & rental, staff inquiry, first aid box, etc.
3) Office admin – visitor, stationary, etc.
4) Vendor management and po expense
• Executive to President
1) Calendar management and associated tasks
- Manage itinerary, prepare for docs
2) Organize business trip in Korea
Job Requirement • Minimum of 2 years’ work experience
• Experience in fashion/luxury/retail industry/multinational company preferred
• Strong and clear communication skills verbally and in writing both Korean and English
• Connecting and interpersonal skills, build strong relationships and communicate effectively with related stakeholders
• Positive, energy and can-do approach
• Passion to the brand
• Highly proficient in MS Office programs
