Job Description | 1. FIELD TRAINING (30%) - Make sure company guideline & strategy and deliver the massage to BAs accordingly - Monitoring sales trend and suggest proper action to improve sales - Mystery shop results analyzed and proposed actions plans and follow up with BAs - Monitoring Quality of Service Cleanness, Greeting & Farewell, Selling skill - Monitoring competitors’ activities and making an action plan - Conduct regular counter visit s and ensure the development of SMs and/or BAs through regular appraisals 2. IN HOUSE TRAINING (30%) - Planning and training of new product by complementing the tools for BAs - Arrange and develop training materials required from the head office - New BA basic training, refresh training regularly - Sales technique training (up sale technique, quality of service training) - Develop beauty tips and share with BAs especially on slow moving and color items - Analysis and performance with available data - Make BAs participate and take a FMT level test thru the intensive in house training 3. TEAM & PEOPLE MANAGEMENT (30%) - Ensure recruiting the qualitative counter manager and BA's - Work closely with HR for any staff or payroll issues - Motivate BA's to have team spirit and build the brand's loyalty - Conduct annual people review and screen promotion candidates - Coaching to improve sales staffs' management skill of KPI - propose system and process to improve sales staffs' motivation and productivity 4. Reporting(10%) - Evaluation on BA's sales skill, attitude and performance - Evaluation on shop condition, cleanness |
