Job Description • Working in collaboration with Retail Manager, analyze competency gaps, identify training needs and develop effective training programs meeting the business needs
• Ensure that appropriate training programs are delivered in an effective and timely manner
• Manage the delivery, quality and cost of training programs including planning and coordinating training calendar, venues and participants
• Conduct post training evaluation to ensure effectiveness, applicability and continuous improvement of training programs
• Manage training administration and exercise budgetary control
• Frequent Travel required
• All of the points mentioned to be implemented and executed with/through close collaboration of Regional team
Job Requirement • Degree Holder in Training, Human Resources Management, Psychology or a related discipline
• Minimum 7-8 years of hands-on experience in training and development and preferably have experience in retail/hospitality industry
• Strong in needs analysis, program development, facilitation and training delivery skills
• Mature, confident, positive mindset and excellent people skills to work with different cultures and all levels of staff
• A self-starter with strong organization and influencing skills, able to work with limited guidance and resources
• Possess a strong passion in fostering a learning culture and developing talents
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
