| Job Description | 1) Assist monthly Floor set launching - Support monthly floor set changes for FSS and Key stores - Execute the monthly floor set changes to be consistently executed in high VM standards - Maintain VM consistency 2) Assist Visual display and VM activities - Operate schedule implementation of window displays - Support window display and various Event VM execution - Assistant department promotion set up 3) Support of VM team - Support the translation, communication and operation of the VM strategies, guidelines and follow up - VM Website – uploading images / prop descriptions / general maintenance - Processing orders on SAP and following up - Logistics and chasing for Visual Orders - Take responsibility for UPS, couriers and shipping - Obtain regular store planning schedule and update travel schedule - Downloading pictures and printing files and schedules - Printing and binding of documents 4) Execute VM props replenishment process & Inventory management 5) Implement VM activates within the agreed timescales 6) VM activates contribute to the success of the business 7) Achieve and maintain brand 6) consistency with high VM standard 8) Communicate with Local Merchandising, Operations, Marketing, Business Development, Architecture planning, and Finance |
