| Job Description | - Manage all communication and brand activities within B2C and B2B channels based on global guideline - Act as the interface between the regional marketing organization and global marketing team - Responsible for digital communication activities and support E-Com business Communicate and share segment information regularly with all relevant team members within the sales organization - Forecast and manage marketing budget including trade marketing - Lead and plan digital marketing strategy to support directly owned brand website and indirectly marketplace - Manage and handle digital Ad agency to drive E-com sales and all KPI related to customer’s purchase behavior - Identify, develop and execute strategic initiatives in each channels (mainly focus on BTL) - Identify and evaluate business-building opportunities and develop short and mid-term marketing plans - Recap monthly marketing performance, reporting current business trend as well as, competitor performance - Proactively follow current fashion trends, industry news, and technology and analyze key competitors in the market |

| Job Requirement | - 3 -7 years of work experience in marketing (more than 2years’ experience in digital marketing) - Experience for a fashion/luxury brand is preferred - Strong verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English, including meeting facilitation and presentations. - Requires ability of strategic planning - Experience in managing marketing agencies for online and CRM, etc. |
