Job Description | 1. Digital Marketplace Business management and operation excellence. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability on all marketplaces Manage relationships with marketplace vendors and negotiate contracts and terms focusing on eCommerce vendor management Coordinate with local partners for online operations (product listing, product catalog, product images, prices, stock level, and customer services) Create and maintain an online e-business plan: e-promotional calendar, product exclusivities, cross-selling mechanisms and data ownership Forecast and track sales trends and profits within the eCommerce channels. Develop and manage marketplaces budgets and goals, with a deep understanding of eCommerce budgeting. Monitor and analyze marketplace metrics to identify trends and sales opportunities Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities within the eCommerce landscape. E-commerce direct operation experience (Registration product, deal and promotion etc.) Provide regular reports on marketplace performance to senior management, highlighting eCommerce-specific matrics. 2. Digital Marketplace project leading and cooperation Lead and negotiate agreements with E-commerce partners Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure adequate product supply working closely with vendors and platforms. Localize and update the asset with the agency and cascade it to each channel. Shooting agency management experience 3. New Digital Marketplace growth engine development Create new growth opportunities by continuously scanning the market for new platforms, trends, and customer opportunities Test & Learn new potential business opportunities while protecting brand equity Make synergy e-com business with digital content creation |

Job Requirement | • Experience: around 15years of e-commerce field and work experience with digital retailers • Strong knowledge of the eCommerce industry and its best practices. • More prefer to have experience in the fashion industry • Excellent communication and stakeholder (e.g. Vendors & Agency) management skills • Management partnerships with major E-Retailers • A positive, passionate, collaborative and agile attitude • Fluent in spoken / written English, with strong communication & negotiation skills • E-com & Fashion & Global company experience • Ability to coordinate a project • Multitaskers and fast learner |
