Job Description 1. Sales Data Reporting & Consolidation (Retail)
• Weekly/Monthly Sales & Trend Update (by stores and individual)
• Monitoring Competitors Sales and Activity
• Traffic Data Reporting and Management
• Voice of Clients (VOC) Reporting and Issue Updates
• Sales Incentive Data Update
• Monthly Sales Meeting Minute
• Ad hoc reporting

2. In-store Operations Support and Vendor Management (Retail)
• Valuation Report Issuance
• Traffic Controller and related vendor
• Monthly Expenses and Payment voucher
• Temp. Staffs Operations
• Store e-mail group update

3. Client Related and Internal Communication (Retail)
• Local/Oversea Selling Event and Pop-In Event and ad hoc event support
• Sales Trigger activity and expense monitoring
• Office cross-functional communication coordination
• Monthly Working Schedule file for Office & Stores update
• Monthly closing schedule of department store update

4. Administrative and Operational support for Sales Director and Retail team

Job Requirement • University graduate with 5+ years experiences in Sales administrative work, preferably in luxury industry
• Prefer a person who is proactive and positive
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
• Good at both written and spoken English
• Very responsible, fast learner, team player, dedicated and enthusiastic to his/her job
• Experience in international luxury industry
