Job Description | 1. Strategic Business Planning & Proposal Development - Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for the education and government sectors, with a focus on PC and integrated IT solutions. - Analyze government-issued RFPs and develop customized proposals for hardware (PC, notebook) and related solutions. - Lead the full bidding process, including pricing strategy, technical proposal creation, and vendor coordination. 2. Client & Stakeholder Engagement - Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in government ministries, public institutions, and educational bodies. - Serve as the primary liaison throughout pre-sales, implementation, and post-sales stages. - Manage communications with OEMs, distributors, and resellers within the commercial PC ecosystem. 3. Project Management & Execution - Lead end-to-end project execution including delivery, installation, and operational support. - Coordinate with internal departments (sales, marketing, tech support) and external partners to ensure project success. - Track key performance metrics such as delivery accuracy, response time, and customer satisfaction. 4. Product & Market Expertise - Stay up to date with industry developments (e.g., government-standard PC models, environmental certifications, energy efficiency regulations). - Recommend optimized PC configurations for public procurement and education sector needs. - Collaborate with product teams to refine offerings tailored to B2G market requirements. 5. Policy & Market Intelligence - Monitor policy trends in digital transformation, edtech adoption, and public IT investments. - Translate regulatory and market insights into actionable business strategies. 6. Performance Management & Post-Sales Support - Manage KPIs such as bid win rate, revenue growth, and contract renewals. - Lead client training initiatives, conduct satisfaction surveys, and provide continuous support to ensure long-term relationships |
