| Job Description | • Game plan/GTM - Lead to create Korea game plan (Go-To-Market) for Running by aligning with the global/regional strategy including key calendar moments (brand/product/commercial) or providing solutions where Korea’s brand & commercial opportunities arise outside the global/regional marketing game plan. • Runing campaign strategy, plan & execution – Build the long-term strategy/plan & execution for Running marathon journey to serve the runners and create the impact to Running culture/business. Closely work with global/regional running team to be aligned with the global/reginal strategy. • Runing community strategy, plan & execution - Build the long-term strategy/plan & execution for 365 running community to serve the runners and community with the most connected way. Closely work with regional running team to be aligned with the global/reginal strategy. • Running product launch – Build the long-term strategy/plan & execution for the product launch with the most authentic & innovative way to the runners. Drive the impact to the marketplace to grow brand presence & business impact. • Partnership – Collaborate with the various community & partners for Running and explore new opportunities to grow the brand authenticity, connection to the community and invite new runners. Bring the energy to the brand through the partnership with other industry/committee/association. • Consumer insight & research - Lead to develop the local runners’ insight & research and enable the cross-marketing functions to develop the insight to make Running marketing campaigns locally relevant & connected to consumers • Agency Management – Closely work with agencies to handle all running plan/executions with the world class level. Work with the best professionals in the running fields & communities to come up with the best-in-class outcome for the runners. • Budget control - Manage the marketing budget forecast vs actual spending to narrow the gaps between the plan |

| Job Requirement | • Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Business or relevant disciplines • +10 years brand planning or marketing experience in consumer products or related retail sectors • Exposure in the sportswear fashion industry will be an advantage • Experiences with Running marathon will be an advantage • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills • Good project management and negotiation skills • Excellent Presentation (PPT) & excel proficiency required • Excellent command of written/spoken English presentation • Portfolio: Summary version of Portfolio for major achievements or key competency (PPT, PDF, Word) |
