| Job Description | 1. Running Community Development & Execution (Primary Focus) • Lead the execution of Korea’s running community programs, including 365 running community activities • Plan and operate regular running sessions, training programs, and community engagement events • Build and maintain strong relationships with running influencers, coaches, and community leaders • Monitor local running culture and community trends to create relevant engagement ideas • Collect insights from community activities and propose improvements for future campaigns 2. Running Campaign Execution • Support the execution of brand and product running campaigns aligned with global and regional strategies • Assist in implementing digital and offline running activations • Support key running calendar events such as marathons, including on-site operations • Track campaign KPIs and compile performance reports 3. Running Product Launch Support • Support marketing execution for running product launches • Develop community-based product experience opportunities (e.g., test runs, trial sessions) • Facilitate collection of product reviews and feedback via community activations • Collaborate with Commercial/Merchandising teams to coordinate launch timelines and marketplace readiness 4. Partnership & Collaboration • Support partnerships with running communities, local crews, coaches, and related organizations • Assist in activating partnerships with races, associations, and industry stakeholders • Conduct research to identify new collaboration opportunities within the running ecosystem 5. Consumer Insight & Research • Monitor Korean runner behavior, needs, and emerging trends • Gather on-ground insights from community events and touchpoints • Provide insight-driven suggestions to enhance campaign relevance 6. Agency & Vendor Coordination 7. Budget & Administrative Support 8. Cross-functional Collaboration |

| Job Requirement | • 5–10 years of experience in marketing, brand execution, sports/fashion, or consumer-related fields with bachelor’s degree • Strong interest and understanding of running culture; experience with running communities or events • Strong execution capability with attention to detail • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external partners • Proficiency in PPT and data management (excel) • Strong English communication skills required (written, conference all, presentation) |
