| Job Description | • Manage the team to fulfill customer’s demands and secure customer satisfaction. • Oversee and complete all order processes assigned. • Monitor the quality, cost, and efficiency of the trucking services and related warehouse operations. • Analyze business needs and implement necessary procedures for improvement. • Ensure the branch is in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations regarding labor/trucking/transportation/safety. • Communicate with related departments to manage flow of operations and administrative tasks. • Coordinate and oversee human resources needs to improve operational efficiency and team efforts. • Contract with own-operators in needs of truck drivers other than designated company drivers. • Set department objectives and evaluate its performance. • Report to upper management of the branch’s performance and progress. • Perform any related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates. |

| Job Requirement | • 5+ years of ground transportation experiences. • Experience in management. • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. • Proven ability to work independently and motivate team efforts • Initiative, judgment, diplomacy, and analytical abilities. • Numerical abilities. • Bilingual Preferred: Korean/English |
